I live in central Alaska. I ordered two rooms of furniture. I can’t say enough great things! The furniture was shipped to a freight forwarder in Washington, then moved to my location in Alaska by barge, which I arranged. All 12 items arrived with an enormous amount of padding and wrapping. I am ecstatic! The furniture is absolutely beautiful! 🤩 It even smells wonderful 😆 The salespeople were all very helpful to show me what the different stain colors looked like so I could make decisions. They even texted me pictures of items in the showroom to help. That is because I’m 4,000 miles away.
I waited for my furniture to be made. About 4 weeks. Then before it shipped they double check the items for proper protection before it ships. And they do a very good job. Unwrapping it was a job and I’m grateful. It did have a few minor dings which considering how far and how many pieces were in my order… thankfully none of them were noticeable and nothing was broken thanks to the good protection.

II am very pleased with the bookcase I ordered. It had to be shipped a long distance and it arrived in perfect condition. It is now a beautiful focus point in my living room.
